Incredibly rare whitegold version of the Cartier Vendôme ref. 67080 with factory diamond “sertissage” to the case as well as deployante clasp. The overall condition is very good though the watch Shows signs of wear over the past decades.. the beautiful and super rare “sertissage” whitegold deployante is a showstopper for itself already.
