Cartier Baignoire 78094 „Or Gris“

Incredibly rare and fine Cartier Baignoire in a white gold case and with a very sought after „Paris“ signed dial also accompanied by the white gold non adjustable deployante folding clasp. Within the Louis Cartier collection from the 1970’s white gold cases are an absolute rarity and we can only estimate the rarity of this metal compared to the typical yellow gold cased versions. To my knowledge only about one percent of the watches produced within that collection have been produced in whitegold. This very model, the beloved Cartier Baignoire reference 78094, is especially rare in white gold, I am yet to find another one anywhere. The dial is „Paris“ signed and bears only slight patina. It has no spiderwebs or any other damage and remains the bright white color. The case is in good condition with only light scratches and no deep dents or other damage. The white gold 10mm deployante folding clasp is an absolute rarity on it’s own and completes the watch, a new handmade strap has been custom made for this watch. The manual wind caliber has recently been checked and runs properly.
