Piaget Polo 7661 factory „sapphire“ dial

Impressive Piaget Polo reference 7661, indicating jumbo model with backwinder crown, in unpolished condition with factory sapphire set dial. It’s the first model of this reference with sapphires on the dial I have seen so far and it is probably the last we’ll see. The sapphires are set perfectly and match the gold dial as well as case perfectly, especially when the sun hits! The case is in very good condition bearing no more than slight swirls eventhough gold tends to wear off quicker. Around the crystal and sides the gold already patinated slightly and got a blue-ish colour matching with the sapphires on the dial. The bracelet has no stretch to it and wears very comfortable, the clasp closes perfectly well.
