beautiful and rare Patek Philippe ref. 3940R third series in great condition accompanied by the extract of archive and equipped with a matching rose gold folding clasp as well as the second caseback. the watch presents itself in great condition with only minor signs of wear and no deep scratches or dents to the beautiful rose gold case. it appears to be polished, but only lightly with crisp hallmarks at the 12 o’clock clock position and stronger polished ones at the 6 o’clock clock position. the dial has beautifully aged with no discoloration or damage but to the „black eye“ known to patinate at the 9 o’clock position, which faded into a wonderful light brown.
