Cartier Tank Louis ref. 17011 “jumbo”

This certainly is one of the rarest iterations of the Cartier Tank Louis.. there’s the normal sized models of all references featuring the classic size of 23 to 30,5 millimeters..and then there’s the extremely large ref. 17002 nicknamed “jumbo xl” with roughly 28 to 35 millimeters, featuring an automatic movement. But inbetween these there’s also the “normal” jumbo version with automatic movement ref. 17011 which has a great size of roughly 25 to 32,5 millimeters which is definitely easier to wear than the ref. 17002 and maybe nowadays even better to wear than the classic size 23 to 30 millimeters! ….this very example is in immaculate condition with a very clean “Paris” signed dial with nearly no patina to it. The case appears to be unpolished and has only very light signs of wear to it. It’s accompanied by an original strap and most importantly the original pre 1988 deployante clasp.
