Cartier Baignoire 78094 “sertissage”

Hidden behind the typical reference 78094, this watch is everything but typical. It features two rows of exquisite, factory “sertissage” gemstones on the bezel, the outer one with 22 large “marquise” cut diamonds and the inner with smaller, brilliant cut yellow gemstones. This watch proves Cartier as the “king of jewelers and the jeweler of kings” again, because if that does not scream “royalty” what does? The case is in very good condition and features no scratches eventhough the construction makes scratches unlikely. The “Paris” signed dial is in very good condition and only has some slight spots to it. The watch comes on a handmade leather strap and with the original pre 1988 “deployante” folding clasp. The manual wind movement has recently been checked and runs properly.
