The Vacheron Constantin "1972" Ref. 37010, often referred to as the Asymmetric, is a rare and sophisticated expression of the brand’s flair for creative case design and classical restraint. Produced in the 1990s, this reference stands out with its unconventional asymmetric case.
Crafted in 18k yellow gold, the 37010 measures approximately 33mm, though its unique case shape gives it a stronger wrist presence than its dimensions suggest. The design breaks from symmetry without losing balance, making it quietly bold.
At its heart lies a manual-winding ultra-thin movement. Seldom seen and increasingly sought-after, the Ref. 37010 is a connoisseur’s piece.
This very example is in amazing condition with only very light signs of wear and no signs of polishing, indicated by the crisp caseback inscriptions and the sharp hallmarks. The dial is in perfect condition and has no patina whatsoever. It's accompanied by the original asymmetric box as well as papers and the assymetric folding clasp following the design of the case.
