Patek Philippe Ellipse reference 3848 with a 27 millimeter yellow gold case and leather strap. The watch features the classic Ellipse blue dial, which on this example is in perfect condition with strong color and clean printing.
The case and overall presentation are excellent, suggesting that the watch may have undergone a Patek Philippe service at some point, as indicated by the presence of a newer Patek leather strap and the very well preserved condition of the watch. The manual winding movement operates smoothly and reliably.
Offered as watch only, this 3848 is a notably clean and well maintained example of the Ellipse line, with exceptional dial quality and strong overall preservation.
