Cartier Ellipse 78091 “grain de riz”

Often confused with the “Vendôme” I think this Cartier Ellipse reference 78091 is something completely different and deserves lots more attention, especially on this beautiful and unshortened grain de riz bracelet. Case and dial of the watch are in impressive condition, the case has only rarely been worn and features no more than microswirls and the dial is in as good of a condition, without any spiderwebs or patina. The manual wind movement has recently been checked and runs properly.
