Cartier Ceinture 78100 “Sertissage”

Very rare Cartier Ceinture reference 78100 in perfect condition with a dial signed “Paris”. The absolute highlight is the factory diamond setting “sertisage” on the case. The case of the watch is in very good, unpolished condition, especially if you look at the back cover and see how sharp the hallmarks are, it can be concluded that the watch was rarely worn. The diamonds are beautifully set, none are missing and there are no signs that any of the jewels have been replaced. The dial, Paris dial, is in very good condition and has no patina. The watch comes on a neutral leather strap with original Cartier pre-88 folding clasp, in itself equally rare!
