This has been a long time grail of myself as well as many collectors.. a first generation Chopard St. Moritz is a beautiful watch already, and even rarer as mechanical (mostly automatic) version, but there’s one model which clearly earned its place on the throne: The incredible Chopard St. Moritz “skeleton” with skeletonized manual wind caliber concept by famous watchmaker Armin Strom, in this case in “lnos condition with full length bracelet, and in the highest grade of finissage with engraved gear wheels. The watch comes from the second owner with a beautiful provenance and even more beautiful condition, most likely never worn even with factory stickered caseback..
